JUTARNJI SMOOTHIE

Sastojci:

2 mandarine

1/2 šalice jagoda

1/2 šalice šumskog voća

¾ šalice kefira

1 žličica meda

½ žličice cimeta

Priprema:

Ovaj napitak kojim ćete na zdrav način započeti dan,  napravite od svježeg ili zamrznutog voća.

Sve sastojke stavite u blender i dobro usitnite.

Preostaje samo – uživati.  🙂

MORNING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

2 tangerines
½ cup strawberries
½ cup wild berries
¾ cup kefir
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Method:

You can use either fresh or frozen fruit to make this healthy beverage to start your day.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and liquefy.
Then just – enjoy your smoothie! 🙂
