SMOOTHIE S KEFIROM

Malo kalorija, a puno energije – za dobar početak uspješnog dana

Sastojci:

1 jabuka

1 banana

3-4 jagode (smrznute ili svježe)

1 žl brusnica

½ žličice cimeta

1 šalica kefira

Priprema:

Jabuku operite, očistite od jezgre, pa je zajedno s korom narežite na kockice. Bananu ogulite i narežite na ploške.

U blender stavite banane, jabuku, brusnice i jagode. Posipajte cimetom i zalijte kefirom.

Sve dobro usitnite i uživajte u zdravom obroku!

KEFIR SMOOTHIE

A low-calorie, high-energy drink
For a great start to a successful day

Ingredients:

1 apple
1 banana
3-4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp cranberries
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup kefir

Method:

Wash and seed the apple. Do not peel. Dice. Peel and slice the banana.
Place the banana, apple, cranberries and strawberries in a blender. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour the kefir in.
Process until well blended. Enjoy a healthy meal!
