JUTARNJA KAŠA S KOKOSOM

Ovu kašu trebate pripremiti večer prije!

Sastojci:

Za 1 osobu:

2 žl zobene kaše

1 žlica kokosa

1-2 žličice gorkog kakaa

1 žl chia sjemenki

1 žličica krem sira

1 žl grčkog jogurta

½ žličice meda

2/3 šalice mlijeka (najbolje biljnog)

Priprema:

Izmiješajte sve suhe sastojke.

Posebno pomiješajte sve mokre sastojke (med, jogurt, krem sir, mlijeko).

U zdjelici sjedinite suhe i mokre sastojke da se dobro izmiješaju.

Zdjelicu ostavite u hladnjaku preko noći.

Ujutro poslužite uz kriške jabuke, manga ili drugog voća.

BREAKFAST COCONUT MASH


Prepare the mash in the evening!

Ingredients:

Serves 1
2 tbsp oatmeal
1 tbsp coconut
1-2 tsp bitter cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cream cheese
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
½ tsp honey
2/3 cup milk (preferably, non-dairy milk)

Method:

Combine all the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients (honey, yogurt, cream cheese, and milk).
Incorporate the dry and wet ingredients and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve for breakfast with a sliced apple, mango or other fruit to your liking.
