DORUČAK IZ STAKLENKE

Ovako pripremljen doručak zdrav je i praktičan obrok. Daje vam energiju potrebnu na početku dana, a – „zapakiranog“ u staklenku – lako ćete ga ponijeti na radno mjesto.

Sastojci:

Po osobi:

3 – 4 jagode
2 žlice komadića ananasa (svježeg ili iz kompota)
2 uvrh pune žlice kornfleksa
2 žlice jogurta
1 mala staklenka

Priprema:

Jagode operite, odstranite im listove i narežite na ploške.
Na dno staklenke stavite žlicu kornfleksa. Prekrijte ploškama jagoda pa komadićima ananasa.
Ponovno prekrijte kornfleksom, jagodama, ananasom… Lagano pritisnite pa na vrh stavite jogurt.
Staklenku zatvorite i ponesite na posao.

BREAKFAST FROM A JAR

A breakfast prepared in this manner is a healthy and practical meal. It boosts your energy early in the day and it’s easy to take it with you to work thus “packed” in a jar.

Ingredients:

Per person:

3 – 4 strawberries

2 tbsp pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
2 heaping tbsp corn flakes
1-2 tbsp yogurt
1 small jar

Method:

Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and slice.
Place 1 tbsp corn flakes on the bottom of the jar. Cover with some sliced strawberries and pineapple chunks.
Top with another layer of corn flakes, strawberries and pineapple… Press lightly and cover with yogurt.
Close the lid and take with you to work.
