AKIJEV UMAK

Recept „posuđen“  od dragog Akija Rahimovskog. Izvrstan prilog jelima od mesa ili pohanim palačinkama.

Idealan u proljeće kad je mladog luka i češnjaka u izobilju.

Sastojci:

6 dl  grčkog (čvrstog) jogurta

5 dl  kiselog vrhnja

Sol, papar

2 sitno sjeckana mlada luka (bijeli i zeleni dio)

2 sitno sjeckana mlada češnjaka (samo bijeli dio)

2-3 žl maslinovog ulja

Priprema:

Sve sastojke izmiješajte i začinite po ukusu.

AKI’S SAUCE

I “borrowed” this recipe from famous Croatian singer Aki Rahimovski. It is a great side-dish to meat dishes and breaded pancakes.

Ingredients:

6 dl Greek yogurt
5 dl sour cream
salt and pepper
2 spring onions, finely chopped (white and green parts)
2 spring garlics, finely chopped (white part only)
2-3 tbsp olive oil

Method:

Combine all the ingredients and season to taste.
