BAKALAR U FOLIJI

Sastojci.

4 veća fileta svježeg bakalara

1 konzerva tune u salamuri, ocijeđene

1 veća rajčica, nasjeckana na tanke ploške

4 slana inćuna

70 g ribane mozzarelle

0,5 dl maslinovog ulja

Sol

Papar

1 žličica limunova soka

Malo naribane limunove korice

Priprema:

U šalici izmiješajte ulje, sol, papar, limunovu koricu i sok.

Izrežite 4 komada folije, svaki duplo veći od fileta bakalara.

Sredinu folije premažite pripremljenim uljem pa polegnite bakalar. Još jednom pređite kistom preko ribe (pazite da ne ispadne premasno) pa po ribi položite kriške rajčice. Sad dodajte komadiće tune, a zatim sve pospite naribanim sirom.

Meso inćuna odvojite od kosti i polegnite po siru.

Podignite dulje stranice folije i preklopite jednu preko druge. Zatvorite i kraće strane. Tako oblikovane zamotuljke pecite u pećnici na 180 stupnjeva C 15 minuta.

Malo rastvorite foliju da izađe para i vratite u pećnicu na još 10 minuta.

COD IN FOIL

Ingredients:

2 large fresh cod fillets
1 can tuna in brine, drained
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
4 salted anchovies
70 g mozzarella, grated
½ dl olive oil
salt and pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
grated lemon zest

Method:

Combine the oil and lemon zest and juice in a cup. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut 4 pieces of foil, each double the size of a fillet.
Grease the centre of each sheet of foil with the oil mixture. Place the fillet and brush it with additional oil (be careful lest it should be too greasy). Top with tomato slices, add the small tuna pieces and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bone the anchovies and spread the fillets over the cheese.
Wrap the longer sides of the foil over the top and one over the other. Seal the shorter sides of the foil. Bake the “packages” in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Slightly unfold the foil to let the steam out and bake for another 10 minutes.
