2 slices of stale bread
2 cloves of garlic
coarse sea salt
Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Grease a baking tin with a thin layer of olive oil, place the garlic cloves in it and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place the bread slices in it and sprinkle with olive oil. Sprinkle both the bread and the garlic with coarse sea salt.
Bake for another 10 minutes or so, until the bread is nicely golden.
Remove from the oven and serve with the baked garlic by simply squeezing the cloves right onto the bread slices.
