ZELENO POVRĆE IZ WOKA

Sastojci:

1 brokula

1 tikvica

1 poriluk

1 češanj češnjaka

1 žl ulja

2 žl šerija

1 žl temeljca

2 žl umaka od soje

Sol, papar

1 pakiranje rižinih rezanaca

Priprema:

Zavrijte vodu pa u nju potopite rezance prema uputama na pakiranju.

Povrće dobro osušite i narežite na jednake komade.

U zdjelici pomiješajte šeri, temeljac i sojin umak.

Zagrijte wok pa u njega ulijte ulje. Zanjišite wok da se ulje rasporedi po dnu i stjenkama. Dodajte zgnječeni češnjak , miješajte 15 sekundi, a zatim ga gurnite uz stijenku. Dodajte povrće. Pržite ga, miješajući štapićima, 5 minuta, a zatim ga prelijte pripremljenim šerijem. Miješajte još minutu pa maknite s vatre.

Rezance ocijedite i pomiješajte s povrćem. Ako želite, dodajte još žlicu umaka od soje.

STIR-FRIED GREEN VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

1 broccoli
1 zucchini
1 leek
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cherry liqueur
1 tbsp stock
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper
1 package rice noodles

Method:

Bring water to a boil and follow the instructions on the packaging to soak the noodles.
Wash and dry the vegetables well. Cut into same-size pieces.
Combine the liqueur, stock and soy sauce in a small bowl.
Pour the oil into a heated wok, turning the wok until the oil covers all sides equally. Add the crushed garlic, stir for 15 seconds and push aside. Add the vegetables and stir using chop sticks for 5 minutes. Pour over with the liqueur mixture.
Sieve the noodles and stir into the vegetables. Add an additional tablespoon of soy sauce (optional).
