ČOKOLADNI SMOOTHIE

Čokoladno osvježenje bez mrvice  šećera

Sastojci:

1 banana

1 dl kokosovog mlijeka

1 žličica gorkog kakaa

0,5 ml mlijeka ili vode

Priprema:

Bananu razlomite na komade i stavite u blender. Dodajte sve ostale sastojke, izmiksajte i uživajte u odličnoj jutarnjoj „dizalici“!

Tijekom ljetnjih vrućina, u blender ubacite i kockicu leda.

CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE

A chocolate refresher with no sugar!

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 dl coconut milk
1 teaspoon bitter cocoa powder
½ dl milk or water

Method:

Chop the banana into several pieces and put in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients, chop finely and enjoy a great morning “pick-me-up”!
During hot summer months, add an ice cube to the mix.
