SAVIJAČA OD ŠAMPINJONA na način drage Ruskinje

Sastojci:

1 ½ kg šampinjona
2 glavice luka
2 kriške crnog kruha
1 jaje
sol i papar
začini po ukusu
300 ml kiselog vrhnja
24 kore za savijače

Priprema:

Šampinjone očistite, luk sitno nasjeckajte, pa sve propirjajte na malo ulja. Kruhu skinite koricu pa meki dio narežite na kockice. Dodajte šampinjonima, zajedno s umućenim jajetom. Posolite, dobro popaprite i dodajte 150 ml vrhnja. Promiješajte.
Složite 3 kore, jednu na drugu. Prvu lagano pouljite, prekrijte drugom, pouljite, stavite treću, a na nju rasporedite nadjev. Zavijte u savijaču i stavite u namašćen pleh. Slažite savijače dok ne potrošite sav nadjev.
Savijače odozgo obilato premažite kiselim vrhnjem.
Pecite 30 – 40 minuta na 180 ºC.

BUTTON MUSHROOM ROLL

Ingredients:

1 ½ kg button mushrooms (champignons)
2 onions
2 slices brown bread
1 egg
salt and pepper
additional seasoning to your liking
300 ml sour cream
24 sheets fillo /phyllo/ dough

Method:

Sauté the cleaned mushrooms and finely chopped onions in a small amount of oil.

Cut off the bread crust, dice the soft part and add to the pan together with a whisked egg. Season with salt (moderately) and pepper (lavishly) and stir in 150 ml of cream.

Place 3 pastry sheets one on top of the other, brushing the first two with oil and spreading filling on the third.

Roll and place in a greased pan.

Repeat until all pastry sheets and filling are used.
Top lavishly with sour cream.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 ºC.
