ZAPEČENI ŠAMPINJONI

Jednostavno toplo predjelo ili laganiji obrok.

Sastojci

Po osobi:

  • 8 -10 većih šampinjona
  • 1 kriška sira (gouda)
  • 1 kriška vratine ili mesnate slanine
  • 1 žličica kiselog vrhnja
  • 1 mali češanj češnjaka
  • peršinov list
  • sol, papar
  • malo maslaca

Priprema

Pećnicu zagrijte na 180 °C.
Dno vatrostalne posude premažite maslacem.
Odvojite klobuke šampinjona od stapki i posložite ih u vatrostalnu posudu s gornjom stranom prema dolje.
Sitno nasjeckajte 3 stapke, sir, vratinu, peršin i češnjak pa ih pomiješajte s kiselim vrhnjem. Posolite i popaprite. Tom smjesom nadjenite klobuke.
Pecite 30 min.
Servirajte toplo uz sezonsku salatu.

BAKED CHAMPIGNONS

A simple warm starter or a light meal

Ingredients:

Per person:
8-10 large champignons
1 slice (Gouda) cheese
1 rasher cured pork neck or meaty bacon
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 small clove garlic
parsley leaves
salt and pepper
a bit of butter

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Grease the bottom of an oven-proof dish with butter.
Remove the champignon stems. Place the mushrooms upside-down in the oven-proof dish.
Finely chop 3 champignon stems, the cheese, the cured pork neck, parsley leaves and garlic. Stir into the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Use the mixture to stuff the mushroom.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with a salad made from vegetables in season.
