SLATKI KRUH S NUTELLOM I BANANAMA

Sastojci:

4 prezrele banane
1 šalica šećera
¼ šalice rastopljenog maslaca
1 jaje
1 šalica brašna
2 žlice kakaa
1 obilna žlica Nutelle
2 žličice praška za pecivo
prstohvat soli

Za preljev:
100 g čokolade
50 g maslaca

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 160 °C. Kalup za kruh namastite i pobrašnite.
Banane usitnite vilicom u kašu. Dodajte maslac, šećer, umućeno jaje i Nutellu. Dobro izmiješajte drvenom žlicom. Brašno prosijte s kakaom, praškom i solju i umiješajte u smjesu.
Pecite 55 – 60 minuta.
U lončiću zavrijte vodu. Ugasite vatru, ubacite čokoladu i ne miješajte. Nek počiva 1 – 2 minute. Pažljivo ocijedite vodu, a čokoladi dodajte maslac i žustro promiješajte. Prelijte po kruhu u tankom mlazu.

NUTELLA BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:

4 overripe bananas
1 cup sugar
¼ cup melted butter
1 egg
1 cup flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 heaping tbsp Nutella
2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt

For the glaze:
100 g chocolate
50 g butter

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Grease a bread tin and dust with flour.
Mash the bananas using a fork. Add the butter, sugar, the lightly beaten egg, and Nutella. Stir well with a wooden spoon. Add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder, and salt.
Bake for 55-60 minutes.
Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Remove from heat and toss in the chocolate (do not stir). Leave to rest for 1-2 minutes. Sieve carefully. Stir in the butter.

Pour over the bread carefully.
