SLASNE KIFLICE S PEKMEZOM

Sastojci:

34  žl glatkog brašna (cca 550 g)

1 prašak za puding okus vanilija (40 g)

½ žličice soli

½ žličice ribane limunove korice

2 žl šećera

1 suhi kvasac

1 dl ulja

1 jaje

2,5 dl mlijeka

 

½  šalice pekmeza od marelica

Šećer u prahu

Priprema:

Brašno prosijte s pudingom i solju. Dodajte šećer, jaje i ulje.

Kvasac razmutite u toplom mlijeku, dodajte brašnu pa umijesite glatko tijesto. Podijelite ga na dva dijela, svaki oblikujte u kuglu, pokrijte prozirnom folijom i ostavite na toplom mjestu barem 1 sat da se digne.

Kuglu tijesta razvaljajte u krug, na debljinu 0,5-1 cm.  Krug podijelite na 6 trokuta.

Pri dnu svakog trokuta stavite žličicu pekmeza pa zavijte u kiflicu.

Kiflice slažite na lim za pečenje i ostavite da se još jednom dignu dok vam se pećnica grije na 180 stupnjeva C.

Pecite 20-ak minuta – dok kiflice ne dobiju lagano zlatnu koricu.

Ohladite 10-ak minuta, a zatim još tople kiflice uvaljajte u šećer u prahu.

SAVOURY CRESCENT ROLLS WITH JAM

Ingredients:

34 tbsp plain flour (about 550 g)
1 pouch vanilla-flavoured pudding (40 g)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon grated lemon zest
2 tbsp sugar
1 pouch dry yeast
1 dl oil
1 egg
2 ½ dl milk
½ cup apricot jam
icing sugar

Method:

Sift the flour, pudding and salt. Add the egg, sugar and oil.
Dilute the yeast in warm milk and add to the flour. Knead until smooth dough is formed. Divide and form two balls. Wrap each with plastic foil and leave to rise in a warm place, for at least an hour.
Roll out a ball of dough until ½-1 cm thick. Cut into 6 triangles.
Place a teaspoon of jam in one corner of each triangle and roll them up.
Place the crescent rolls in a baking tin and leave to rise. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 °C
Bake for about 20 minutes, until nicely golden.
Leave to cool for about 10 minutes and, while still warm, roll in a bowl of icing sugar.
