SLADOLED NA ŠTAPIĆU

Ovu ledenu slasticu možete pripremiti i s borovnicama, višnjama ili malinama ili samo u „crno-bijeloj kombinaciji“, bez voća. 

Sastojci:

Za 4 sladoleda:

 

1 šalica jogurta s okusom vanilije

½ šalice slatkog vrhnja

3 vrhom pune žlice šećera u prahu

1 žlica gorkog kakaa

 

1/3 šalice jagoda – po želji

1 žlica kristal šećera

Priprema:

Jagode pomiješajte s 1 žlicom kristal šećera pa ih  zagrijte u tavi. Kad se šećer počne lagano pjeniti, maknite s vatre i vilicom grubo usitnite. Ostavite da se prohlade.

Jogurt i vrhnje pomiješajte, dodajte šećer u prahu pa dobro  izmiješajte žičanom metlicom. Tom smjesom napunite 2/3 kalupa za sladoled.

U preostalu kremu umiješajte kakao, a zatim i jagode. Tamnom kremom napunite kalupe do vrha, stavite poklopac sa štapićem i ostavite u zamrzivaču preko noći.

ICE CREAM ON A STICK

 This ice-cold treat can be made with blueberries, sour cherries, or raspberries, or in a simple black&white version with no fruit at all.

Ingredients:

(for 4 pcs)

1 cup vanilla-flavoured yoghurt
½ cup sweet cream
3 heaping tbsp icing sugar
1 tbsp bitter cocoa powder

1/3 cup strawberries – optional
1 tbsp sugar

Method:

Combine the strawberries with 1 tbsp sugar and heat them in a pan until the sugar begins to foam. Remove from heat and crumble coarsely with a fork. Leave to cool.
Combine the yoghurt and cream, add the icing sugar and whisk well. Use the mixture to fill 2/3 of your ice cream moulds.
Combine the remaining mixture with the cocoa and strawberries. Pour the dark crème on top, seal with the lid with a stick and freeze over night.
