PUSLICE

Sastojci:

3 bjelanjka
6 žlica šećera
½ žličice bijelog octa ili limunovog soka

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 100 °C.
Lim prekrijte papirom za pečenje.
Bjelanjke tucite mikserom da nastane snijeg pa polako dodajte šećer. Na kraju dodajte ocat ili limunov sok. Miksajte još nekoliko minuta da smjesa bude sjajna i čvrsta.
Špricom za ukrašavanje kolača s velikim zvjezdastim otvorom na papir istiskujte puslice.
Pecite ih (zapravo – sušite) 90 minuta. Ugasite pećnicu i ostavite da se puslice u njoj ohlade.
Puslice možete premazati kremom i spajati dvije po dvije, preliti čokoladom ili upotrijebiti za ukrašavanje kolača.

CHOUX PASTRY

Ingredients:

3 egg whites
6 tbsp sugar
½ teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice

Method:

Preheat the oven to 100 °C.
Line a baking tin with a sheet of parchment paper.
Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar gradually. Add the vinegar or lemon juice. Beat for several minutes, until glossy and firm.
Fill a pastry bag with a large star nozzle with the mixture and pipe it out onto the parchment paper.
Bake (better to say – dry) for 90 minutes. Turn the oven off and leave the pastry to cool inside.
Fill with pastry cream, “glue” together two by two, pour over with chocolate or use to decorate cakes.
