PILEĆA KRILCA U KOKOSU

Sastojci:

4-6 pilećih krilca (malih bataka)

1 žl kokosovog ulja

1/2 šalice kokosovog mlijeka

½ šalice pilećeg temeljca

2 žl kokosa

3 žl prošeka

2 žl škrobnog brašna

2 žl sojinog umaka

Sol po ukusu

1 manja brokula

1 mrkva

¼ glavice kupusa

Priprema:

Prošek pomiješajte sa škrobnim brašnom i  sojinim umakom pa u tu marinadu uvaljajte krilca. Ostavite da se mariniraju 15-ak minuta.

Brokulu razdvojite na cvjetiće, kupus narežite na rezance, mrkvu na tanke štapiće.

Zagrijte wok pa u njemu rastopite kokosovo ulje. Zavrtite wok da se masnoća rasporedi pa u njemu propržite marinirana krilca. Pržite ih nekoliko minuta, okrećući ih da se lijepo zapeku sa svih strana.

U  marinadu u kojoj su bila krilca sad dodajte povrće, promiješajte i dodajte u wok. Pržite 1-2 minute, a zatim  ulijte  kokosovo mlijeko i toliko temeljca da se stvori lijep umak. Dodajte i kokos pa kuhajte miješajući 5 minuta.

Poslužite uz kuhanu tjesteninu.

CHICKEN WINGS WITH COCONUT SAUCE

Ingredients:

4-6 chicken wings (small drumsticks)
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup chicken stock
2 tbsp coconut
3 tbsp prošek dessert wine
2 tbsp starch
2 tbsp soy sauce
salt (to taste)

1 small broccoli
1 carrot
¼ head cabbage

Method:

Combine the prošek dessert wine, starch and soy sauce. Marinate the chicken wings in the mixture for about 15 minutes.
Separate the broccoli florets, slice the cabbage and cut the carrot into thin strips (julienne).
Melt the coconut oil in a heated wok, turning the wok until all sides are greased. Fry the chicken wings for several minutes, turning until a crust has formed on all sides.
Add the vegetables to the marinade. Stir well and transfer to the wok. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the coconut milk and just as much stock as is needed to form a nice sauce. Add the coconut and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles. Serve with the chicken wings.
