Drugačija torta od sira

Sastojci:

Kora:
2 šalice mljevenog čokoladnog keksa
½ žličice ribane narančine kore
1 žličica kakaa
½ šalice otopljenog maslaca

Nadjev:
5 jaja
400 g krem sira
2 žlice kakaa
8 – 10 žlica šećera
1 žlica naribane narančine korice
½ šalice mljevenog čokoladnog keksa

10 malih staklenki

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 130 °C.
Kekse pomiješajte s narančinom koricom, kakaom i maslacem. U svaku staklenku stavite po 1 žlicu smjese. Pritisnite dnom čašice za liker ili žličicom.
Sir tucite sa šećerom. Dodajte jedno po jedno jaje, a zatim i kakao i narančinu koru. Na kraju umiješajte mljevene kekse.
Kremom punite staklenke do ¾ visine.
Staklenke složite u dublji lim za pečenje. Oko njih ulijte vruću vodu da dosegne ½ visine staklenke.
Pecite 60- 70 minuta. Ostavite staklenke da se ohlade u pećnici s otvorenim vratima.
Poslužite uz tučeno slatko vrhnje ili karameliziranu naranču.

ORANGE AND CHOCOLATE IN A JAR

A different kind of cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the crust:
2 cups ground chocolate biscuits
½ teaspoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
½ cup melted butter

For the topping:
5 eggs
400 g cream cheese
2 tbsp cocoa powder
8-10 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp grated orange zest
½ cup ground chocolate biscuits

10 small jars

Method:

Preheat the oven to 130 °C.
Combine the biscuits with the orange zest, cocoa powder and butter. Spoon 1 tbsp of the mixture in each jar. Press with the bottom of a small (spirit) glass or a teaspoon.
Beat the cheese and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the cocoa powder and orange zest. Finally, add the biscuits.
Fill the jars up to ¾ full.
Arrange the jars in a deep baking tin. Pour hot water around them, up to ½ their height.

Bake for 60 minutes. Leave to cool in the oven, with the oven door open.

Serve with whipped cream or caramelised oranges.
