MUFFINI SA ŠUNKOM I SIROM

Sastojci:

1 jaje

1 ¼ šalice glatkog brašna

1 žličica praška za pecivo

200 ml jogurta

¼  šalice ulja

5 dag šunke ili mesnate slanine

5 dag sira goude

1 žličica senfa

½ žl usitnjenog peršinovog lista

2 žl ribanog parmezana

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 180 stupnjeva C.

U tavi na ulju propržite šunku ili slaninu s obje strane da se lijepo zažari. Izvadite iz tave i nasjeckajte.

Posebno umutite jaje s jogurtom i senfom. Dodajte i ulje od prženja, a zatim umiješajte brašno i prašak za pecivo. Posolite.

Dodajte šunku, sitno narezan sir i peršinov list. Dobro promiješajte pa smjesom punite papirnate košarice za muffine.

Po vrhu posipajte ribanim parmezanom i pecite 20 minuta.

Prije serviranja pričekajte nekoliko minuta da se muffini  malo ohlade.

HAM AND CHEESE MUFFINS

Ingredients:

1 egg
1 ¼ cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 ml yoghurt
¼ cup oil
5 dag ham or meaty bacon
5 dag gouda cheese
1 teaspoon mustard
½ tbsp parsley leaves, chopped
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
salt

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Fry the ham (or bacon) in a frying pan, in a little oil (both sides) until nicely golden. Remove from the pan and chop.
Beat the egg, yoghurt and mustard in a small bowl. Add the frying grease, the flour and baking powder. Season with salt.
Add the ham, finely chopped cheese and parsley leaves. Stir well and fill the cupcake liners.
Sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
Leave to cool for several minutes prior to serving.
