MUFFINI S VANILIJOM I VOĆEM

Sastojci:

2 ¾ šalice glatkog brašna
1 ½ šalica šećera
2 vanilin šećera
2 žličice praška za pecivo
prstohvat soli

4 jaja
1 šalica ulja
1 šalica jogurta ili kiselog mlijeka

24 jagode
1 banana

šećer u prahu

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 180 °C.
U kalup za muffine stavite papirnate košarice.
U dubljoj zdjeli pomiješajte brašno, šećer, sol, vanilin šećer i prašak.
U manjoj zdjeli umutite jaja pa ih pomiješajte s uljem i jogurtom.
Tekuće sastojke dodajte suhima i kratko promiješajte (u redu je da smjesa izgleda neuredno – dovoljno je da se suhi sastojci navlaže!).
U svaku košaricu stavite 1 obilnu žlicu smjese. Na sredinu zabodite jagodu i tanku krišku banane.
Pecite 27 – 30 minuta. Ohladite.
Poslužite posuto šećerom u prahu.

VANILLA & FRUIT MUFFINS

Ingredients:

2 ¾ cup plain flour
1 ½ cup sugar
2 pouches vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
a pinch of salt

4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup yogurt or soured milk

24 strawberries
1 banana

icing sugar

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Place the cupcake liners in the muffin tin.
Combine the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder in a large bowl.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl. Add the oil and yogurt.
Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir briefly (do not worry if the mixture does not look uniform – stir only to moisturise the dry ingredients).
Fill each cupcake liner with a heaping tablespoon of the mixture. Place a strawberry and a thin banana slice on top.
Bake for 27-30 minutes. Leave to cool.
Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
