MUFFINI S BUNDEVOM

Sastojci:

Tijesto:

150 g maslaca (sobne temperature)

3/4 šalice šećera

1 šalica brašna

2 velika jaja

1 žlica začina za medenjake

½ žličice cimeta

Prstohvat soli

1 žličica praška za pecivo

3/4 šalice pirea od bundeve

 

Premaz:

200 g krem sira

2 žlice maslaca

Prstohvat soli

½ žličice cimeta

½ žličice vanilije

2 šalice šećera u prahu

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 160 stupnjeva C.

U kalup za muffine poslažite papirnate čašice (ili kalupiće namastite i pobrašnite).

Maslac tucite sa šećerom. Dodajte pire od bundeve, a zatim jaja – jedno po jedno.

Posebno prosijte brašno sa solju, začinima i praškom za pecivo, pa ga lopaticom lagano umiješajte u smjesu jaja i maslaca.

Punite pripremljene čašice – do ¾ visine.

Pecite 20 minuta, a zatim ohladite.

 

Za premaz tucite maslac i krem sir sa solju i začinima. Kad se smjesa ujednači, polako umiješajte šećer i vaniliju. Tako pripremljenom kremom premažite ohlađene muffine.

PUMPKIN MUFFINS

Ingredients:

For the dough:
150 g butter
¾ cup sugar
1 cup flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp mixed spices for honey cookies
½ teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup pumpkin puree

For the topping:
200 g cream cheese
2 tbsp butter
a pinch of salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 cups icing sugar

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Place the cupcake liners in the muffin tin (or grease cupcake tin and dust with flour).
Beat the butter with the sugar. Add the pumpkin puree. Add one egg at a time.
Sift the flour, salt, spices and baking powder in a separate bowl. Use a spatula to fold gently into the egg and butter mixture.
Pour the mixture into the cups, up to ¾ full.
Bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool.
To make the topping, beat the butter, cheese, salt and spices until uniform. Gently add sugar and vanilla. Spread over the cooled muffins.
