MARINIRANI ODRESCI TUNE

Sastojci:

4  odreska tune  (debljine 2 cm)

½ dl svježe iscijeđenog narančinog soka

1 dl maslinovog ulja

1 žličica papra s limunom

Prstohvat  soli

1 češanj češnjaka, sitno nasjeckan

Priprema:

Pomiješajte narančin sok, ulje, papar, sol i češnjak pa u toj marinadi marinirajte odreske tune, u hladnjaku, barem 30 minuta.

Roštilj tavu (ili neprijanjajuću tavu) dobro zagrijte bez ulja.

Kad je tava vruća, na nju poslažite odreske. Pržite 1,5 – 2 minute sa svake strane.

Tuna bi trebala biti dobro pečena izvana, ali još ružičasta iznutra.( Ako se prepeče, postane suha.)

Odreske izvadite na tanjur, pokapajte maslinovim uljem i poslužite uz salatu ili povrće na maslacu.

MARINATED TUNA STEAKS

Ingredients:

4 tuna steaks, 2 cm thick
½ dl freshly squeezed orange juice
1 dl olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Method:

Marinate the tuna steaks in a mixture of orange juice, oil, salt, pepper, and garlic for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Dry-heat (without oil) a grill pan (or a non-stick pan) well.
When hot, add the steaks and fry for 1.5-2 minutes each side.
The fish should have a crust on the outside and a nice pink colour inside. If overheated, it will turn dry.
Place on a plate, sprinkle with olive oil and serve with a salad or butter-fried vegetables.
