Sastojci

  • 500 g mljevenog mesa
  • 500 g špageta
  • 1 veća glavica luka
  • sol i papar
  • 1 jaje
  • 2 dl kiselog vrhnja
  • 2 žlice ulja

Priprema

Luk sitno nasjeckajte pa ga propirjajte na zagrijanom ulju. Dodajte meso, posolite, promiješajte i pirjajte na srednje jakoj vatri 30 minuta. Podlijevajte vodom i povremeno miješajte. Kad je meso mekano, dosolite ga i dobro popaprite.
Špagete skuhajte u slanoj vodi da budu al dente. Ocijedite.
Pećnicu zagrijte na 180 °C.
Vatrostalnu posudu premažite maslacem pa dno prekrijte polovinom kuhanih špageta. Na njih stavite meso pa završite špagetima.
Jaje umutite, dodajte vrhnje i malo soli i sve dobro promiješajte. Prelijte po špagetima.
Zapecite u pećnici 30-ak minuta.

Spaghetti with Ground Meat Sauce

Ingredients:

500 g ground beef and pork
500 g spaghetti
1 large onion
salt and pepper
1 egg
2 dl sour cream
2 tbsp oil

Method:

Sauté finely chopped onion in heated oil. Add the meat, season with salt, stir and sauté over medium heat for 30 minutes. Occasionally add water and stir well. When the meat is tender, season with additional salt and with quite a bit of pepper.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Place half the spaghetti on the bottom. Top with meat and the other half of the spaghetti.
Add the sour cream and a pinch of salt to a beaten egg. Stir well and pour over the spaghetti.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
