LIGNJE S KRUMPIROM

Sastojci:

700 g liganja

800 g krumpira

4-6 češanja češnjaka

List peršina

0,5  dl bijelog vina

Sol

Papar s limunom (recept na Ciao Karmela)

Maslinovo ulje

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 180 stupnjeva C.

Lignje očistite i narežite na kolutove.

Krumpir ogulite i narežite na tanke ploške. Češnjak i peršin sitno iskosajte.

U velikoj posudi pomiješajte lignje, krumpir, češnjak i peršin. Posolite, popaprite i zalijte vinom i maslinjakom. Još jednom dobro promiješajte pa sve istresite u širi lim za pečenje (da se krumpir i lignje rasporede i tankom sloju).

Pokrijte folijom i pecite 30 minuta. Maknite foliju i pecite dok  se krumpir lagano ne požari.

CALAMARI & POTATOES

Ingredients:

700 g calamari
800 g potatoes
4-6 cloves garlic
1 stem parsley leaves
½ dl white wine
salt
lemon pepper (search Ciao Karmela for recipe)
olive oil

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Clean the calamari and cut the tube into rings. Peel the potatoes and slice thinly. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Combine the calamari, potatoes, garlic and parsley in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the wine and olive oil. Stir well and transfer to a baking tin large enough to arrange a single layer of calamari and potatoes.
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until the potatoes get a nice roasting colour.
