Sastojci

2 šalice glatkog brašna

1 šalica integralnog brašna

2 žličice šećera

2 žličice soli

1/4 šalice maslinovog ulja

1 šalica mlake vode

Navrh noža praška za pecivo

Za posipavanje: sezam, krupna sol, začinsko bilje, ribani sir

Priprema

Promiješajte brašno, sol, šećer i prašak za pecivo pa im dodajte vodu i ulje. Rukama zamijesite glatko tijesto. Razvaljajte ga na pobrašnjenoj podlozi do debljine od 3 mm i režite krekere.
Premažite ih maslinovim uljem i posipajte po želji. Krekere pecite 12 -15 minuta u pećnici zagrijanoj na 240 stupnjeva.

HOMEMADE CRACKERS

Ingredients:

2 cups plain flour
1 cup integral flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
¼ cup olive oil
1 cup lukewarm water
a tip-of-a-knife of baking powder

For seasoning: sesame seeds, coarse salt, herbs, grated cheese

Method:

Combine the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Add the water and oil. Knead a smooth ball of dough and roll it out on a flour-dusted surface until 3 mm thick. Cut out the crackers.
Brush with olive oil and season to taste.
Bake for 12-15 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 240 °C
