CRNO-BIJELI KOLAČIĆI

Sastojci:

1 ½ šalica glatkog brašna
½ šalice kakao praha
1 šalica šećera
prstohvat soli
1 žličica sode bikarbone
1 žličica bijelog octa
1 šalica vode ili mlijeka
½ šalice ulja

1 prašak za puding vanilija
400 ml mlijeka
1 – 2 žlice šećera
1 vanilin šećer

Priprema:

Prašak za puding pomiješajte sa šećerom i vanilin šećerom, razmutite s malo mlijeka. Ostatak mlijeka stavite na vatru. Kad zavrije, ukuhajte puding.
Pećnicu zagrijte na 160 °C.
Brašno pomiješajte sa šećerom, kakaom, sodom i solju. Posebno izmiješajte ulje, vodu (ili mlijeko) i ocat pa dodajte suhim sastojcima.
Izmiješajte tek toliko da se smjesa izjednači.
U kalup za muffine rasporedite papirnate košarice pa svaku napunite s 2 žlice čokoladne smjese. Dodajte žlicu pudinga pa prekrijte čokoladnom smjesom.
Pecite 18 – 25 minuta.
Prije posluživanja ohladite.

BLACK&WHITE CUPCAKES

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup plain flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 cup water or milk
½ cup oil

1 pouch vanilla-flavoured pudding
400 ml milk
1-2 tbsp sugar
1 pouch vanilla sugar

Method:

Combine the pudding with the sugar and vanilla sugar; dilute with a small amount of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and stir in the pudding mixture.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, soda, and salt. Combine the oil, water (or milk) and vinegar in a separate bowl and add to the flour mixture.
Stir only as long as it takes to get a uniform mixture.
Line a muffin tin with paper cups. Fill each cup with 2 tbsp of the chocolate mixture. Add 1 tbsp of the pudding and cover with the chocolate mixture.
Bake for 18-25 minutes.
Leave to cool prior to serving.
