BRUSCHETTE S ČEŠNJAKOM

Sastojci:

1 kruh (francuz, talijan ili sl.)
2 češnja češnjaka
maslinovo ulje
sol

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na maksimum. (Ako pećnica ima funkciju gornjeg grila, uključite je.)
Lim za pečenje premažite maslinovim uljem.
Kruh narežite na ploške 0,5 cm pa ih poslažite po limu. Poprskajte maslinovim uljem, malo posolite i zapecite 10-ak minuta.
Češnjak raspolovite pa njime protrljajte površinu kruha.
Poslužite uz juhe, nareske ili salate.

GARLIC BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients:

1 baguette
2 cloves garlic
olive oil
salt

Method:

Preheat the oven to its maximum temperature. If your oven has a broiler, turn it on.
Grease a baking tin with olive oil.
Slice the baguette into 0.5 cm thick slices and place them on the tin. Sprinkle with olive oil and salt and bake/broil for about 10 minutes.
Halve the garlic cloves and rub the slices with them.
Serve with soups, cold cuts or salads.
