BRUSCHETTE S ČEŠNJAKOM I MORSKOM SOLI

Jednostavan i ukusan prilog namazima, salatama, platama, ali i  jušnim jelima.

Sastojci:

Po osobi:
2 kriške starog kruha
2 češnja češnjaka
krupna morska sol
maslinovo ulje

Priprema:

Pećnicu zagrijte na 220 °C.
Lim za pečenje tanko premažite maslinjakom i na njega stavite neoguljene češnjeve češnjaka. Stavite u pećnicu na 10 min.
Izvadite pa po limu rasporedite kriške kruha. Pokapajte ih maslinovim uljem, a zatim i kruh i češnjak pospite krupnom soli.
Pecite još 10-ak minuta, tj. dok kruh ne dobije lijepu zlatnu boju.
Izvadite i poslužite s pečenim češnjakom kojega pri konzumiranju jednostavno istisnite na kruh.

GARLIC AND COARSE SEA SALT BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients:

Per person:
2 slices of stale bread
2 cloves of garlic
coarse sea salt
olive oil

Method:

Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Grease a baking tin with a thin layer of olive oil, place the garlic cloves in it and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place the bread slices in it and sprinkle with olive oil. Sprinkle both the bread and the garlic with coarse sea salt.
Bake for another 10 minutes or so, until the bread is nicely golden.
Remove from the oven and serve with the baked garlic by simply squeezing the cloves right onto the bread slices.
