BEZGLUTENSKE PALAČINKE S BANANOM

Sastojci:

3 – 4 zrele banane
3 jaja
½ žličice praška za pecivo
½ žličice vanilije
1/3 šalice krupnog kokosovog brašna

1 šalica slatkog vrhnja
100 g gorke čokolade

maslac za tavu

Priprema:

Banane usitnite u kašu vilicom. Dodajte umućena jaja, vaniliju i sve dobro promiješajte. Na kraju umiješajte prašak za pecivo i kokos.
Na zagrijanu tavu premazanu rastopljenim maslacem stavljajte po žlicu smjese i oblikujte palačinkice. Lakše ćete ih okretati budu li manje. Pecite ih dok se na površini ne počnu pojavljivati mjehurići (1 – 2 min), a zatim okrenite i pecite još 1 minutu.
Izvadite lopaticom.

Vrhnje zagrijte do vrenja pa maknite s vatre. Čokoladu nasjeckajte i ubacite u vrhnje. Ostavite 1 – 2 minute, a zatim dobro promiješajte.
Palačinkice složite jednu na drugu i prelijte umakom.

GLUTEN FREE BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients:

3-4 ripe bananas
3 eggs
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup coarse coconut flour

1 cup sweet cream
100 g bitter chocolate

butter for frying

Method:

Mash the bananas with a fork. Stir in the beaten eggs and vanilla well. Stir in the baking powder and coconut.
Heat a butter-greased pan. Spoon in the mixture and shape the pancakes. The smaller they are, the easier it will be to flip them over. Fry until bubbles start forming (1-2 minutes), flip over and fry for another minute.
Use a spatula to remove the pancakes from the pan.
Bring the cream to a boil. Remove from heat and add the chocolate. Leave to set for 1-2 minutes. Stir well.
Stack the pancakes one on top of the other and pour over with the chocolate sauce.
