AROMATIČNE SRDELE

Ukusan, zdrav i brzo pripremljen obrok

Sastojci:

700 g svježih srdela
1,5 dl maslinovog ulja
1 dl bijelog vina
½ glavice luka, narezanog na trakice
1 grančica ružmarina
1-2 češnja češnjaka, narezanog na listiće

1  limun
sol i papar

Priprema:

Srdele očistite, odstranite i glave ako želite. Isperite ih pod mlazom vode i osušite.Limun narežite na tanke kriške, pa njih ponovno na četvrtine.

Lim za pečenje premažite maslinovim uljem pa po njemu posložite srdele. Dobro posolite i po želji popaprite. Po ribi rasporedite trakice luka i listiće češnjaka, te ružmarin i komade limuna. Prelijte vinom  i maslinovim uljem.

Pecite u pećnici zagrijanoj na 200 stupnjeva 15-ak minuta.

SAVORY PILCHARDS

A quick and tasty meal

Ingredients:

700 g fresh pilchards
1.5 dl olive oil
1 dl white wine
½ onion, sliced
1 sprig rosemary
2 cloves garlic, sliced
½ lemon
salt and pepper

Method:

Clean the pilchards, remove the heads (optional). Wash under running water and dry well.
Squeeze lemon juice, dice lemon rind.
Grease baking tin with olive oil, arrange the pilchards, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with onion and garlic slices, rosemary sprig and lemon rind. Pour in wine, lemon juice and olive oil.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
