AMRINI LUDO DOBRI KEKSI SA SUHIM VOĆEM I ČOKOLADOM

Sastojci:

150 g zobenih pahuljica
300 g brašna
2 jaja
250 g maslaca ili margarina (sobne temperature)
150 g šećera u prahu
400 g suhog voća (smokava, brusnica, marelica, šljiva…) – nasjeckanog
150 g lješnjaka – poprženih i nasjeckanih
100 g tamne čokolade – nasjeckane
prstohvat soli
začini po želji (vanilija, cimet, muškatni oraščić…)

Priprema:

Maslac pjenasto umutite pa u njega umiješajte jaja. Brašno pomiješajte sa šećerom, solju i začinima pa ga, zajedno s voćem, lješnjacima, pahuljicama i čokoladom umiješajte u smjesu maslaca i jaja.
Dobro promiješajte i stavite u hladnjak.
Pećnicu zagrijte na 160 °C.
Od ohlađene smjese, žličicama ili rukama, oblikujte keksiće i slažite ih na lim prekriven papirom za pečenje.
Kekse pecite 10-ak minuta, tj. dok lagano ne porumene.
Ohladite u limu pa spremite u kutiju za kekse.

AMRA’S INSANELY DELICIOUS COOKIES WITH DRIED FRUIT AND CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:

150 g rolled oats
300 g flour
2 eggs
250 g butter or margarine (at room temperature)
150 g icing sugar
400 g dried fruit (figs, cranberries, apricots, prunes…), chopped
150 g hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
100 g dark chocolate, chopped
a pinch of salt
spices to your liking (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg…)

Method:

Beat the butter until foamy. Beat in the eggs. Combine the flour with the sugar, salt and spices. Add the flour mixture, fruit, hazelnut, rolled oats and chocolate to the egg and butter mixture.
Stir well and refrigerate.
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Form cookies by hand or using teaspoons from the chilled mixture and place them on a baking tin lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Leave to cool on the tin before storing in a cookie jar.
