Ingredients:
1 large sour cabbage (sauerkraut)
50 dag fresh pork ribs
2 thin baby beef rumpsteaks
50 dag cured pork
2 pairs home-made garlic-spiced pork sausages
50 dag bacon, thickly sliced
a smoke-cured goose drumstick and thigh – optional
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Slice the cabbage into strips.
Take a deep clay pot and arrange layers of cabbage, beef, cabbage, pork, cabbage, sausages, cabbage, goose, cabbage, and bacon.
Cover with a lid and bake for 3 hrs.
Serve with restani potatoes (boiled and sliced, spiced with salt, sautéed onions and lard).
