Ingredients:
½ dl olive oil
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 zucchini, diced
1 small carrot, grated
15 dag spring broad beans, briefly blanched
20 dag shrimp tails (fresh or frozen)
1 dl cooking cream
herbs
Method:
Sauté the garlic, carrot, zucchini and broad beans in oil.
Season with herbs. Add the shrimp and 2 dl water.
Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and an abundance of pepper.
Add the cooking cream.
