INSPIRATION – KSENIJA’S SHRIMP AND BROAD BEAN SOUP

For her food is simply delicious…

Ingredients:

½ dl olive oil
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 zucchini, diced
1 small carrot, grated
15 dag spring broad beans, briefly blanched
20 dag shrimp tails (fresh or frozen)
1 dl cooking cream
herbs

Method:

Sauté the garlic, carrot, zucchini and broad beans in oil.

Season with herbs. Add the shrimp and 2 dl water.

Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and an abundance of pepper.

Add the cooking cream.

KSENIJINA JUHA OD BOBA I KOZICA

Fenomenalan recept prekrasne žene, divne kuharice, sjajne pjevačice i drage prijateljice Ksenije Erker.

Sastojci:

0,5 dl maslinovog ulja

2 češnja češnjaka, nasjeckana na listiće

2 tikvice, narezane na kockice

1 manja mrkva, naribana

15 dag mladog boba, kratko blanširanog u slanoj vodi

20 dag repova kozica (može i zamrznutih)

1 dl vrhnja za kuhanje

začini

Priprema:

Na ulju, na listićima češnjaka, propirjajte mrkvu, tikvice i bob. Dodajte začinsko bilje (ja volim nasjeckani kopar), kozice i 2-3 dl vode. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri 15-ak minuta.

Posolite, dobro popaprite i dodajte vrhnje za kuhanje.
