A healthy way to start your day


1 banana
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ tsp honey
2 tbsp oat flakes
8 almonds


Combine the banana, raspberries, honey and a small amount of water in a blender. Transfer to a small bowl.
Chop the almonds coarsely and fry them briefly together with the oat flakes in a pan. The flakes should be crunchy.
Sprinkle the almonds and oat flakes over the prepared fruit.
