PRESERVED GARLIC AND FETA CHEESE

300 g feta cheese, cut in cubes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp chopped oregano, cilantro and rosemary each
1 cup sunflower oil

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a jar and refrigerate. It keeps well for 1-2 months.

GARLIC AND COTTAGE CHEESE SPREAD

250 g cottage cheese
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp thyme, oregano and rosemary each
2 spring onions, chopped
parsley leaves
pepper

salt

Method:

Chop all the ingredients finely in a blender. Serve with spelt flatbread
