300 g cherry tomatoes
2 stalks celery
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, quartered
salt and pepper

To prepare the dressing, combine the oil, vinegar, and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Leave to rest for at least 15 minutes.
Peel, pit and dice the avocado. Halve the tomatoes. Chop the celery.
Combine the ingredients in a salad bowl. Remove the garlic from the dressing before pouring it into the bowl.
