So simple that even le petit chef can bake it

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
¾ cup oil
1 pouch vanilla sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup plain flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
chopped chocolate, biscuits, walnuts… – to your liking

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C
Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar and oil with a wire whisk. Beat in the eggs. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl and add to the egg mixture. Use a spatula to stir in the chopped chocolate / walnuts / biscuits.
Grease a 20×20 cm baking tin and line with baking paper. Spread the dough, sprinkle with additional chocolate chips and bake for 20-25 minutes.
When the sides are baked and the centre is still soft, remove from the oven and leave to cool. Cut into squares.
