For the dough:
3 eggs
6 heaping tbsp Nutella
1 cup flour
½ cup milk

For the icing:
250 g cream cheese
1 cup Nutella


Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Place the cupcake liners in a muffin tin (or grease a baking tin and dust with flour).
Whisk the eggs. Add the flour, milk and Nutella and whisk until combined. Fill the cupcake liners and bake for 13-18 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Stir the cheese and Nutella well and spread over the cakes prior to serving.
