Prepare the mash in the evening!


Serves 1
2 tbsp oatmeal
1 tbsp coconut
1-2 tsp bitter cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cream cheese
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
½ tsp honey
2/3 cup milk (preferably, non-dairy milk)


Combine all the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients (honey, yogurt, cream cheese, and milk).
Incorporate the dry and wet ingredients and stir well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve for breakfast with a sliced apple, mango or other fruit to your liking.
